Beveled edges are worn, corners and spine ends are frayed. Volume one, LARGE GAME SHOOTING IN THIBET AND THE NORTH WEST, published 1869 has a completely broken hinge at page 32. The following signature is completely disbound from the volume, but is laid in. The next signature is still intact in the binding. The second volume is called LARGE GAME SHOOTING IN THIBET AND THE NORTH WEST 2nd series, published 1876 and it is completely intact. Previous owners name on title pages of both volumes. Some soil and oxidation to texts, foredge soil, light foxing.
