8VO, 121 pgs., Hardcover Hardcover: Review slip, with "Compliments of Miss Clara A. Avery Hotel Pearson, Chicago Illinois" laid in. Leather spine with marble design boards. Spine is rubbed and worn on edges. Marble design boards have rubbed corners. Paste-downs and endpapers are printed on heavy 'ivory' paper and are foxed and soiled. Title and text pages are printed on same ' heavy' stock with deckle-edges. Nice tight binding.
