Library name stamp on title pages.Gilt number on upper spine of volume 2 and small library stamp on lower spines of both volumes. No other library markings. Leather spine and tips are worn and frayed. Decorative marblized paper boards are rubbed and scuffed throughout, obliterating marblized design. All edges are frayed and worn through. Hinges are cracked, but text blocks are tight. Endpapers are soiled and foxed. Text is surprisingly clean, with only occasional foxing and soil.
