4TO, 271 pgs., B/W Photos, Hardcover Hardcover: Deep red cloth binding with title in box in gold on front board and spine. Board corners and spine ends and edges are frayed. First endpaper's are foxed. Previous owners stamp on endpaper. Some chipping, finger soil and foxing to page margins. Page 29-30 has three inch triangular piece missing. The photos on those two pages have the surrounding trees and sky missing, but the building itself is intact. A few pages have upper edge taped margin repairs. Absolutely fascinating vintage views of Long Island in the early1900s. Nice tight binding.
