Title, text, art pages printed on glossy paper are crisp and clean. Very nice full color illustrated dust jacket shows light edgewear. Very nice in protective mylar. The Name of Richard Newton Jr. arist, gentleman, master- of-fox and hounds has long since fallen into obscurity. The portraits and hunting scenes he produced over the course of several decades depict some of the most prominent individuals and famous horses of the early 20th century, and landscapes, now altered of a time gone by. As an artist Newton can hold his own among the most competent sporting painters. Nice tight binding.
