Back board has one inch tear in leather hinge on lower edge. Marbled endpapers. Paper over hinges are starting to tear, but binding is incredibly tight. Endpapers and pages are foxed. Page edges are marbled as well. This is a book on Insurance claim and arbitration. Nice tight binding.
